1. Introduction

Welcome to SwipeKit, a browser extension that automates dating app interactions through advanced filtering and swiping features. By using our extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our extension. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription

We offer different subscription plans for our services. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees as they become due plus all related taxes.

4. Payment

Payment for subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for these payments.

Subscription billing options include:

• Monthly: Billed every month on the same date as your initial purchase
• Yearly: Billed once per year

By subscribing, you agree to these recurring charges unless the subscription is canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

4.1 Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the extension, you can request a refund within 10 days after purchase. We will usually not refund when the user was/is extensively using SwipeKit. We will not refund if you forgot to cancel the subscription. In some cases, we may also conduct a fee for the refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription period.

You have the following options to cancel your subscription:

• Self-Service Cancellation: Log in to your account dashboard and cancel your subscription from the account management section
• Email Request: Send a cancellation request to our support team at support@swipekit.com. Ensure that you include your account details and submit your request before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged

Once your cancellation request is processed, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the extension are and will remain the exclusive property of SwipeKit and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwipeKit and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Account Bans or Restrictions: SwipeKit is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed on your account by dating platforms as a result of using the extension. Users are advised to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective dating platforms when using the extension.
• Loss of Data or Matches: Any loss of data, matches, or opportunities resulting from the use of the extension.
• Temporary Service Interruptions: Downtime or disruptions caused by updates or changes made by dating platforms.

By using the SwipeKit extension, you accept full responsibility for your actions and the potential risks associated with automated swiping on third-party platforms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use or log into the extension after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Site Updates and Service Interruptions

Please note that dating platforms supported by the SwipeKit extension may update their websites or mobile applications periodically. These updates could disrupt the functionality of the extension. While we strive to release updates to restore compatibility as quickly as possible, there may be temporary interruptions in the service.

By using the SwipeKit extension, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Service interruptions caused by external updates to dating platforms are beyond our control.
• We are committed to addressing such interruptions promptly, but we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution.
• Refunds or subscription adjustments will not be provided for short-term disruptions. If an issue persists for an extended period, we will assess reasonable compensation options on a case-by-case basis.

Your understanding and patience in these situations are greatly appreciated as we work to maintain and improve the extension.
